Returns and Refunds Policy:

  1. Goods will only be refunded or exchanged if your delivered products are faulty, or your required size is no longer available in stock.
  2. We have a strict no cancellation policy on custom orders as they are ordered and shipped internationally especially for you.
  3. In stock orders can be cancelled and refunded within 30minutes of confirming your order.

Exchange Policy:

  • On some items the Faradini team might be able to offer you an exchange option from within the in-stock items, this can only be confirmed by a team member after over viewing your specific problem.

Rearranging Delivery:& FAQ’S

  • In any case where a price has been quoted with free delivery and you are unable to receive the goods you shall have one more free attempt for redelivery. From that point on you shall be charged for the delivery services.
  • Change of address is only possible before dispatchment of goods from our Pakistan head office as we are subjected to pay the courier fee.
